In every first morning shift, after finished work we are as the Employee of Guo Hua Indonesia will attend the study shift in Simulation Room. It is a practical room dedicated to group training activities that imitate or simulate techniques, procedures, or situations that employees will see and experience in the future.
The supervisor of the shift explains a technique or procedure and then defines the objectives and plans the activities accordingly. Then they perform technique while Supervisor is watch and supervision. This teaching method is based on feedback. It allows errors to be corrected based on the repeated reproduction of different steps or parts of a process until the employees acquires the required precision in carrying out the technique.
Cold Start Up Unit is based skills that should be every Indonesia employee had. So, the simulation room sessions is to complement knowledge acquired in the classroom through simulated actions where employees rehearse procedures and situations before having to perform in real life situations.
I was happy during follow training, because when do operation whenever I found my fault I know what should I do to fix it. However, practice makes perfect!
